These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely, via computer network, on the electronic commerce site www.screwsevolution.eu belonging to Novara Metalli srl with headquarters in Via Lazzari 20/22, 28100 Novara.

Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 675/96.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with Novara Metalli srl, the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read, and accepted, all the information provided to him pursuant to the aforementioned rules, also acknowledging that Novara Metalli srl does not consider itself bound to different conditions, which have not been previously agreed in writing.
Customer Commitments
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customers, before they confirm their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.
The Customer undertakes and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, which have already been viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999.
Method of purchase
Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online, are made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of forwarding the order confirmation, increased by transport costs, and in any case displayed at the time of purchase.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be given a summary of the unit cost of each selected product or the total cost in the case of the purchase of several products, and the transport costs.
The prices of the products are inclusive of V.A.T. and expressed in € (Euros).

a discount will be customized according to the volume of purchases. The information will be communicated via e-mail at the time of purchase.
Validity of prices and order confirmation by email
By submitting the order form you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. This order confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. The price applied will be the one fixed at the time of the order.
Responsibility
It is understood that Novara Metalli srl assumes no responsibility for the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In the event of defective or non-functioning goods, Novara Metalli srl will be solely responsible for repairing or replacing them at its discretion.
Right of withdrawal
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/1999 in implementation of directive 97/7/EC relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the natural person who purchases products from Novara Metalli srl for purposes that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity , has the right to return the purchased products, communicating this decision by registered mail within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the package. The communication can also be sent by fax or telegram, provided that the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
Novara Metalli srl will refund by bank transfer or postal order within 30 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to a refund of the purchase price, but not of the transport costs, since the return costs are charged to the consumer.
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons, therefore purchases made from resellers or companies are excluded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of collection of the goods in the shop if payment is made upon delivery because in this case your order is transformed into a simple reservation finalized as a purchase when the receipt or invoice is issued by the shop. It is no longer mail order and the relationship is maintained with the owner of the affiliated shop in normal business premises.

Order fulfillment and product delivery
The purchased products will be delivered by Novara Metalli srl to the address indicated by the Customer.
The goods always travel with an invoice in the envelope together with the goods.
The contribution for transport, to be added to the price of the products purchased, will be calculated automatically by the system according to the weight, volume, type of payment chosen and the destination of the order placed (total of products added to the cart), and in any case indicated in the order confirmation e-mail.
Any temporary shortages of products ordered will be indicated in the order confirmation e-mail.
The shipment is made, barring technical problems, within 8 working days from the confirmation of the order (and in any case within 30 days from the day following that on which the consumer sent the order (Article 6 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 185). Novara Metalli srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, following market changes.
Delivery times are indicative, however they are to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or particularly adverse weather conditions).
The Customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him in relation to the order placed, according to the following:
*that the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the carrier's letter corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.
*that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics (described above).
Only after this verification will the Customer have to sign the delivery note, after which he will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered to him in relation to the order placed. If, on the other hand, there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, according to the methods mentioned above, the customer will not have to accept the goods and raise the dispute directly with the carrier.
Defective product replacement times: Immediate if the product is in stock. If it is not available, we will wait for the next supply, if this takes place within a few days. If there are no expected arrivals soon or the product is out of production, we will wait for the replacement by the manufacturer.
All products have the guarantee of the individual manufacturers. Novara Metalli srl acknowledges, as far as applicable, the protection of certain aspects of the sale and consumer guarantees governed by Legislative Decree 24/2002 .
